When veterinarians order the sample kit, online or by phone, the package will include instructions and the sample packaging box.

Simply collect the pet samples stress-free and enclose it in the packaging box. Use the included return shipping label to deliver it to ARION's central processing lab.

The diagnostic results will be available within 1 day after the sample reaches the central processing facility.

Diagnostic results will be promptly delivered via email and also posted privately on our accessible online platform.
